We stand behind our product. Because of how our items are shipped, we do not accept returns — but we're here to make it right if something is wrong with your order.
30-day guarantee: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you're covered for 30 days from the delivery date.
How to request a refund: Email us at [your email] within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number, and
- A clear photo or video showing the item damaged, defective, or not working.
Once we review your photo and approve the claim, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or send a free replacement, your choice. You do not need to ship anything back.
Please note: Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially not as described, with photo or video proof. We're unable to offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or normal use, since the product cannot be returned.
Damaged in transit: Report any shipping damage within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
